📝 How to Apply for a Smart Driving License

Office Visit: -Attend the scheduled appointment at your chosen DoTM office -Bring the printed application form, a photocopy of your citizenship certificate, and a certified blood group report -Undergo biometric data collection and an eye test (fee: Rs. 105)
Written Test: -Answer 20 objective questions, including traffic signs -The result is published on the same day via SMS, Facebook, and the DoTM website
Trial Test: -Demonstrate your driving skills. You have up to three attempts, with at least a 10-day gap between each if you fail
Final Payment: -After passing the trial, make the final payment -You can legally drive with the payment receipt until you receive your smart card license

If not, it will show “No data available in table”
SMS Method: Send an SMS to 31003 in the following format: `LC [Your License Number]. You will receive a reply with your license status. Note: This service costs Rs. 5 plus taxe.
